English Saddle Reflocking

$335 for full saddle reflocking
There is an additional $25 charge for reflocking synthetic saddles
Partial saddle reflockings individually priced
A flocking recheck appointment is suggested 6-8 weeks after all reflockings. There is no charge for time and up to a $15 charge for additional materials. However, if your flocking recheck occurs more than 120 days after the reflocking, time and materials charges may apply.

2 week maximum turn around time for reflocking (often less). Urgent reflock requests may be accommodated for an additional charge of $75.
$35 for full saddle oiling/reconditioning when purchased with a full reflocking which is a $10 discount

NOTE: Maintaining the wool flocking inside your saddle is an important component of your horse’s health, but it does not mean the saddle fits your horse properly. Even a brand new saddle that has been well flocked may not fit your horse. If you have questions or concerns about proper saddle fit, Holistic Horse Bodyworks is happy to assist you. Saddle fitting is not automatically included in the saddle reflocking services or rates. Saddle fitting and saddle reflocking are two distinct but related aspects of overall equine care.
Additional Services and Rates

We accept saddles from anywhere in the continental US.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for saddles and tack repairs which are extra
50% deposit required on all repairs and reflocking
Holistic Horse Bodyworks is not responsible for any items left more than 30 days after notification to customer item is ready for pick up
60 day warranty on all repairs (except for normal wear and tear) unless otherwise stated in writing
No refunds

Cancellation Policy: A $35 charge will be assessed for all appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice.

Returned Checks: A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
