• There is an additional $25 charge for reflocking synthetic saddles
• Partial saddle reflockings individually priced
• A flocking recheck appointment is suggested 6-8 weeks after all reflockings. There is no charge for time and up to a $15 charge for additional materials. However, if your flocking recheck occurs more than 120 days after the reflocking, time and materials charges may apply.

• Maintaining the wool flocking inside your saddle is an important component of your horse’s health, but it does not mean the saddle fits your horse properly.  Even a brand new saddle that has been well flocked may not fit your horse.  Saddle reflocking is no different.  If you have questions or concerns about proper saddle fit, Ilene Nessenson at Holistic Horse Bodyworks is happy to assist you.  Saddle fitting is not automatically included in the saddle reflocking services or rates.  Saddle fitting and saddle reflocking are two distinct but related aspects of overall equine care.
• A free 15 minute consult is included with all saddle reflockings. Additional consultation time is billed at the rate of $110 per hour in 15 minute increments.
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for each saddle being reflocked.
• We accept saddles from anywhere in the continental US. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

• Includes 1 hour equine bodywork session, 30 minute private rider yoga session and 15 minute equine yoga session

• Services offered include: Girth strap repair and replacement; Balance strap addition, repair and replacement; Keeper replacement; Saddle, bridle and other tack stitching repairs; Other miscellaneous repairs
• Prices vary depending on nature of repair needed. Free quotes given prior to repair
• All repairs are hand sewn for added security

• $100 for morning, evening and overnight services for up to 4 horses and a limited number of other animals
• Services for horses include turn out, turn in, 2 feedings per day including meds, and stall cleaning
• Additional charges may apply for mid-day services for horses and/or other animals
• Day only rates vary by services needed, location, number of horses and other animals
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the house sitting engagement is required for all house sitting engagements that fall on or within the following dates: May 20th-27th; July 1st-6th; November 20th-30th and December 15th-January 5th.

  If the deposit is not received by Holistic Horse Bodyworks within 7 calendar days from the date the reservation was made, the reservation shall automatically be considered null and void

Cancellation Policy: A $35 charge will be assessed for all equine massage, dog massage and saddle fitting appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

Returned Checks : A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
