English and Western Saddle Fitting – HOLISTIC HORSE BODYWORKS

  • $115 for 75 minute saddle fitting session.  Includes structural and functional saddle evaluation on and off your horse and white pad/chalk impression of saddle fit while riding as applicable. Thermal imaging of the saddle, horse and rider is also available for an additional $60.
  • Measurements, tracings and saddle recommendations provided (if needed)
  • Extended saddle fit sessions beyond 75 minutes are billed at $100 per hour in 15 minute increments
  • Customized Saddle Shopping Services and Saddle Fitting Services                               
  • $100 per hour (billed in 15 minute increments)
  • Includes all research and communication with reputable tack and saddle stores (online and brick and mortar) and individuals
  • HHBW only does business with stores and individuals that allow riding saddle trials
  • Add $60 to any of the above prices to include thermal imaging of the saddle, horse and rider
  • $200 for up to one size adjustment (wider or narrower)
  • Includes free saddle safety check
  • Note: Not all English saddle trees can be adjusted.  Free consultation available to find out if your saddle tree can be adjusted.

Additional Services and Rates

  • Farm call charges are in addition to the charges stated above.
  • Standard service area includes Oregon, Washington, California and Idaho.
  • Large group appointments outside the standard service area can be accommodated throughout the US.
  • No refunds
  • Cancellation Policy:  A $35 charge will be assessed for all appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice.
  • Returned Checks:  A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
